Pro Bono Work

Sue Fox had the privilege of assisting the New Cole Economic Development Corp. to negotiate and prepare its lease with the Phillips Family Trust for the Wyatt-Edison Charter School, as well as its sublease agreement with the Edison group. 

She also assisted Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver with a significant lease transaction and has provided counsel on other real estate issues.
